Kristen Shortridge & Kayla Baker, CPA Promoted at Fitzpatrick, Leary & Szarko, LLC

Kristen Shortridge has been promoted from Senior Accountant to the position of Manager in the firm’s accounting and audit department where she provides accounting, attest and tax services to clients in a variety of industries including not-for-profits, ERISA plans, manufacturing and others.  Kristen Shortridge has worked with the partners at Fitzpatrick, Leary & Szarko, LLC for the duration of her career in public accounting and they know she will continue to find success in her new role as manager.  Kristen is a graduate of Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Forensic Studies with a concentration in accounting.

Kayla Baker, CPA has been promoted from In-Charge Accountant to Senior Accountant in the firm’s accounting and audit department where she provides accounting, attest and tax services to clients in a variety of industries.  Kayla started her career in public accounting with the firm four years ago.  Kayla  is a graduate of Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  Kayla is a CPA and a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
