Vince Grey, CPA, is an equity member of Fitzpatrick, Leary & Szarko and has more than 15 years of public accounting experience providing accounting, audit and fractional CFO support to clients in a variety of industries. Vince’s client base focuses on insurance companies, including Medicare Advantage Plans, nonprofit Organization’s, including DDA providers, fitness clubs, physical therapy practices and growing businesses with fractional CFO support needs. Vince assists his Medicare Advantage and property and casualty clients with the preparation of quarterly and annual statements to be submitted to the NAIC, risk based capital reports, risk based capital projections, surplus forecasts, regulatory compliance, and general consulting related to the insurance industry or statutory accounting. Vince performs numerous audits, reviews and compilations of nonprofit organizations and private companies. He regularly assists clients with obtaining financing, raising capital and developing ways to increase business value. His fractional CFO practice focuses on small or growing businesses and nonprofits that can’t necessarily afford a full-time controller or CFO but are interested in leveraging technology to have a fractional CFO for a fixed monthly fee. Vince holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Salisbury University. He is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
