Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

Under the recently enacted FFCRA, effective April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, employers must post and keep posted, in conspicuous places on the business premises of the employer, the attached notice to employees.

Employees can be notified by email if working remotely or teleworking.
